Sierra Leone
We gives thanks to the Lord for our second year of pastor training conferences in Sierra Leone. As before, we visited at the invitation of Mike and Vi Webb of UFM Worldwide. Four conferences took place, at which Alan Levy led the teaching. He was assisted by a Sierra Leonean brother, Christopher Jonah, and Mike Webb. The schedule was as follows:

Myanmar (Burma)
The longstanding ministry that Ken Brownell and others have had in Myanmar has now been brought under PTI. Ken led PTI's first training conferences for Burmese pastors and church leaders in February/March - at centres in Yangon and Chiang Mai (Thailand). The itinerary included the following:

1. Yangon, conference, preaching and visiting ministry, 27th February-2nd March 2008.
   
   
2. Chiang Mai, conference ministry, 4th-7th March 2008.

Ukraine
This was an exploratory visit to an area that is new for us. Rev Gareth Jones from Milland, who has ministered independantly in Ukraine a number of times before, conducted a conference for pastors and preached in various villages.

Zambia
We have again received invitations from friends in different parts of Zambia, and as a result we are planning four further conferences there in August and September. God willing, one of these is in the south west; one in the northern Copperbelt; one in the north east and one in the far south east. We thank God that Alan Levy, Ken Brownell and Peter Seccombe are able to lead these conferences.

Ethiopia
We are planning to re-visit Ethiopia in October at the invitation of friends in the Christian Brethren church. We are thankful that Rev Ken McIntosh and Rev David Sercombe can lead the ministry once more. The conferences are planned to take place as follows:
