Could you help us train the trainers?

the Lord’s servant must not be quarrelsome but kind to everyone, able to teach, patiently enduring evil, correcting his opponents with gentleness

In 1 Timothy 2, the Apostle Paul describes the characteristics for Christian leaders that he hopes Timothy and those that follow him will display. The servant of God is to have an exemplary and inviting character – and be ‘able to teach’. At PTI we focus on that ability and activity – and we believe that the best way to do that is in partnership with pastors and leaders who can teach others to preach in a way that goes beyond mere intellectual knowledge transfer, and instead echoes true Christian transformation.

If you are a pastor or church leader, we would be delighted to start a conversation about having you come on board as a volunteer trainer, as we seek to equip and release bible-teaching pastoral ministry throughout the world. If you are sympathetic with the vision and values of PTI and in joyful agreement with our beliefs, then we’d love to hear from you, whatever your age and whatever part of the body of Christ you are from.

In the first instance, get in touch with our Director of Ministry, Simon Percy, and he’ll get the conversation going.
